While at the University of Southern Florida, Aaron worked as a home inspector for his family’s company. After graduation, Aaron worked as the Marketing Manager of Waypoint Property Inspection, a large multi-inspector home inspection company. During his tenure, he developed various successful marketing strategies and worked with other home inspection companies to scale their marketing. Today, Aaron is CEO at WolfPack Advising which advises and serves hundreds of businesses on digital marketing.

Bill Fabian
Bill Fabian is Vice President of Sales & Training for Monroe Infrared Technology. He has been involved in Infrared for over 30 years and is a Level III Thermographer. Bill has trained thousands of individuals in both the theory behind and the use of IR cameras for Predictive Maintenance and Building Diagnostics applications. He has extensive in-field experience working closely on Energy Performance with customers ranging from major high-rise buildings to commercial businesses to single family homeowners. Significant Accomplishments: Bill has completed IR Inspections on more than 20 million square feet (about twice the total floor space of the Pentagon) of flat roof systems making him one of the foremost experts in the country today. Bill was instrumental in developing a practical water intrusion inspection methodology for today’s moisture remediation industry.

Peter Hopkins
Peter Hopkins has operated a successful home inspection company since 1996 (www.inspecdoc.com) and has personally performed over 7000 property inspections in addition to having performed over 1000 energy audits. The company expanded into infrared in 2005, with the opening of SoCal Infrared (www.socalinfrared.com) and has found success in many areas of diversification including Energy Audits. He is the Co- Founder of United Infrared (www.UnitedInfrared.com), a national network of contract thermographers which includes application-specific training and business coaching in a multitude of applications related to infrared technology. Peter is a Level III Certified Thermographer, ICC Code Certified Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector and Certified HERS Energy Rater. Peter lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.

Jon Bolton
Jon Bolton with the INSPECTAGATOR holds a BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He possesses multiple certifications and has been performing professional home inspections since 1998. He has authored many home inspection related articles for local and national publications. He has authored two books entitled Tactical Real Estate Negotiator. He formerly served as a board member for Central Florida Realty Investors. He has been featured on several radio programs, in the New York Times and Orlando Magazine and is an invited speaker at radio stations, real estate offices and real estate investment clubs. John Ceaser
John Ceaser is the owner of Ceaser Chimney Service in Manchester, NH. He served in the United States Air Force Security Forces until 2006 then held several jobs in sales and construction before joining a chimney company as a helper in 2009. Originally, his plan was to work there while studying to become a police officer but eventually fell in love with the chimney trade and decided to stay in it. He attained certification through the CSIA in 2013 and by 2015 had started his own chimney company. In 2018 he began trying to grow his business from a one truck operation. When Covid started in 2020 he had 6 full-time technicians and by the end of 2020 he had tripled his company’s size through the pandemic to over 20 employees. As of now his company now has over 30 employees.
In 2018 John joined the Board of Directors for the Chimney Safety Institute of America. He has served as the Education Committee Chairman, Safety Committee Chairman, and Certification Committee Chairman, as well as serving on the Ethics, and CEU committees. In 2019 he joined the Board for his state guild, serving as Membership Chairman. In 2021 he was elected President of the state guild and in 2023 he was elected Chairman of the Board for the CSIA.
John is also an instructor for the chimney industry, teaching classes for the CSIA as well as the week-long National Training Academy. He has shared a lot of his experiences and mistakes on a podcast called Lend Me Your Ears which has accumulated over 15,000 to date. He is also a business consultant and has helped many other chimney companies achieve record growth and profitability.
