Bill Fabian
Bill Fabian is Vice President of Training for Monroe Infrared Technology and a Level III Master Thermographer with more than 39 years of experience in infrared imaging, predictive maintenance, and building diagnostics. Throughout his career, Bill has trained thousands of professionals on both the science behind infrared technology and the practical use of IR cameras across residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Widely regarded as one of the nation’s leading infrared experts, Bill has completed inspections on more than 100 million square feet of flat roof systems and helped develop modern water intrusion inspection methods used throughout the moisture remediation industry today. He works closely with organizations of all sizes to ensure they receive the right training, equipment, and inspection strategies to maximize the value of thermal imaging technology.

Peter Hopkins is a recognized leader in building inspection and infrared thermography with nearly 30 years of hands-on industry experience. Since 1996, he has personally completed over 9,000 building inspections and has been at the forefront of integrating infrared technology into practical, real-world applications. As co-founder of United Infrared, Peter helps lead a national network of professional thermographers by delivering advanced training, certification, and scalable service solutions across multiple industries. Mike Twitty
Mike Twitty lives in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. After retiring from a 30-year career as an industrial electrician at Ford Motor Company, Mike pursued his interest in home inspection. He began his inspection career in 2004 and retired from the business in 2021. He now provides electrical training for home inspectors at various locations across the country.
He holds certifications as a residential building inspector and residential and commercial electrical inspector from the International Code Council and is a Tennessee-licensed electrician. Mike was also a compliance inspector for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ special adapted housing program for many years.

Beau Brown is the founder and lead inspector of C&H Inspections in Utah. His background spans the trades, hazardous materials cleanup, aviation, and flight instruction, all of which shaped the systematic, detail-driven approach he brings to inspections today.

Jon holds a BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He has been performing residential and commercial inspections since 1998.
He possesses multiple certifications and operated a multi-inspector company for over two decades. He has authored many home inspection related articles for local and national publications. He is the author of the books Tactical Real Estate Negotiator and How to Be a Home Inspector Badass. He has been featured on several radio programs, in the New York Times, Orlando Magazine, Inspekt Magazine and CFRI, IRC and FABI newsletters. Charles Bellefontaine has been inspecting homes since 1993, building a reputation as one of the most respected and influential home inspectors in Illinois. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience, he has inspected thousands of properties throughout the Chicagoland area, from historic city homes to large suburban estates.
Beyond his field experience, Charlie helped shape the home inspection profession itself. He became an Illinois Licensed Home Inspector in 2002 and has been an active leader within the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), serving as President of the Illinois Society of Professional Home Inspectors, ASHI Director, and eventually ASHI Vice President. In those roles, he helped establish professional standards and ethical practices still followed throughout the industry today.
