This is the main event for Tuesday night for all attendees. Join us as we sip cocktails and munch on hors d'oeuvres where the floats are made for Mardi Gras. Then, afterwards, enjoy New Orleans cuisine (and more drinks) in the Main House and Bayou (well, replica bayou) with all of Inspection Fuel.
