Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of America’s Call Center (ACC) – the premiere provider of integrated customer service and call handling solutions exclusively for home inspectors. He is a respected industry leader, national speaker, and true innovator for the home inspection industry.
Although Paul took up the leadership mantle at ACC more than 15 years ago, he’s never altered his position on how he approaches its growth, and has stated, “It’s never about the role…it’s always about the goal.” That goal, from the onset, was to make a profoundly positive difference in the lives of his staff and the home inspectors they serve. His passion to make a positive difference extends to his community as well, where he lends his talent and skills to his role as vice president, board of directors for Hope Faith Ministries – an organization dedicated to meeting the many needs of homeless and at-risk men, women, and children in Kansas City.
Paul has served as a senior business analyst at McDonnell Douglas, a marketing manager for Micro Motion, vice president of sales and marketing for SOR Inc., and director of product development at Sprint. He also worked in research and development at Texas Instruments, where he was granted a U.S. patent for “low dispersion infrared glass.”
Paul holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Rochester as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Colorado Denver. He is an avid runner and health fitness advocate. He’s also a devoted husband to wife Carissa and a loving father to his two daughters Amanda and Madison.
